We collect the minimum information needed to design, produce and deliver your custom inflatable — and we never sell it.

Information we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items, sizes and quantities you purchase.
- Artwork you send us: logos, brand colors and design files supplied for your free design proof.
- Enquiry details: anything you tell us through our contact or wholesale quote forms.
- Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through analytics cookies.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never touches our servers and we never store it. Stripe processes your payment details under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS certification.
How we use your information
- To produce your design proof and manufacture your order to specification.
- To ship your order and send proof, production and tracking updates.
- To answer quote requests and provide customer support.
- To detect fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.
- To understand which products and pages are useful, in aggregate.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, only with providers who help us run the store: payment processing (Stripe), order and catalog hosting (Supabase), site hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google Analytics), and the manufacturing and freight partners who build and deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your artwork and intellectual property
Artwork you send remains yours. We use it solely to produce your order. We will not use images of your custom product in our marketing without your permission — just email us if you would like to opt out at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and admin session working, and Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for checkout to function.
Data retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for warranty, accounting and tax purposes. Quote enquiries that do not become orders are removed once they are no longer commercially relevant.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email sales@inflatableking.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our store sells commercial display products and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
