Custom products are made just for you, so our policy focuses on quality guarantees and defect protection.

Defects & workmanship

Every order is covered against manufacturing defects. If your inflatable arrives damaged, with faulty seams, blowers or printing errors on our part, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos/video and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost.

Custom items

Because each product is produced to your specifications (size, artwork, colors), we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or minor color variation inherent to printing. This is exactly why we send a free design proof for your approval before production starts — please review it carefully.

Order changes & cancellations

Before proof approval: cancel for a full refund.
After proof approval, before production: partial refund (art/setup fees may apply).
Once in production: orders can no longer be canceled.
