About us

Made-to-order products

Every item we sell is manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not hold finished stock. This is why our lead times are measured in weeks and why the cancellation terms below differ from an off-the-shelf retailer.

Design proofs and approval

• After you order, we produce a free digital design proof using the artwork and brand colors you supply.
• Production starts only once you approve that proof. Lead times are measured from your approval, not from the date of purchase.
• You are responsible for checking spelling, logos, dimensions and colors on the proof. Approving a proof confirms it is correct.
• Printed colors can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Minor variation of this kind is normal and is not a defect.

Your artwork

By sending us artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's trademark or copyright. We reserve the right to decline any order whose artwork appears to infringe third-party rights, or is unlawful or offensive. You remain responsible for the content you ask us to reproduce.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Standard shipping is included in the price shown on the product page.
• Expedited production and air freight is an optional upcharge, shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe.
• We may correct pricing errors before production begins; if a price was clearly wrong we will contact you and offer a full refund or the corrected price.

Lead times and delivery

• Standard — 35–45 days. Made-to-order & shipped by sea/ground.
• Expedited — 15–25 days. Priority production + air freight.

Lead times are good-faith estimates from proof approval. They are not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather or other events outside our control. If you have a fixed event date, tell us before ordering so we can advise on the right shipping method.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in your checkout total and are the recipient's responsibility.

Cancellations, returns and warranty

Because products are custom-made, cancellation rights depend on production stage, and returns are limited to defects. Full details are on our Returns & Warranty page, which forms part of these terms.

Product use and safety

Our inflatables are commercial display products. You are responsible for installing, anchoring and supervising them safely, following the instructions supplied and any local regulations, and for taking them down in high wind or severe weather. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from improper installation, unsupervised use or use outside the product's intended purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost sales or the cost of a cancelled event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
