Because every item is custom-made to your artwork, timelines include both production and transit.
Production & delivery windows
- Standard — 35–45 days. Made-to-order & shipped by sea/ground.
- Expedited — 15–25 days. Priority production + air freight.
Timelines start after you approve your free design proof (not at the moment of purchase). Approving your proof quickly keeps your order on the fastest possible schedule.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on every order. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — freight is already included, so there is no surprise charge at checkout.
If you need it sooner, expedited production and air freight is available at checkout for an additional charge. The upcharge depends on the size of the item and is shown before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order dispatches, we email a tracking number. You can also use our order tracking page.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the checkout total and are the recipient's responsibility.
