Because every item is custom-made to your artwork, timelines include both production and transit.
Production & delivery windows
- Standard — 35–45 days. Made-to-order & shipped by sea/ground.
- Expedited — 15–25 days. Priority production + air freight.
Timelines start after you approve your free design proof (not at the moment of purchase). Approving your proof quickly keeps your order on the fastest possible schedule.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item's size, weight and your destination. You'll see the exact amount and the delivery method before you pay — no surprises.
Tracking
As soon as your order dispatches, we email a tracking number. You can also use our order tracking page.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the checkout total and are the recipient's responsibility.
